Toby holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology and a PhD. With 15 years of consulting experience, he founded Impel Geoscience in 2008, specialising in structural geology. In 2017, he established Primat Mining, focusing on high-grade gold projects. Toby’s achievements include discovering significant deposits worldwide, such as 2.5Moz Au at Komana West, 3Moz Au at Bullabulling, 80Mlb U3O8 at Eagle Point, 700Kt Cu at Mowana, and 100Kt Ni at Cosmos.

Benny founded BPDT & Co. in 2010 as an independent physical commodities broker and consultant. His expertise spans diverse metals and minerals on a global scale. Benny’s advisory roles have covered the entire mining lifecycle, from early-stage exploration to project development and production for both private and listed companies. He specialises in offtake-related financing and logistics solutions.

Dan has 17 years of experience in underground gold mining in California. He has been the Mine Manager at the Lincoln Mines since early 2022 and has restructured the project in preparation for drilling in 2024. Besides his project management expertise, Dan is skilled in community relations and has extensive experience.

Paul is a certified public accountant with 30 years of expertise in the resources industry. He has held CFO positions for publicly traded companies, as well as senior positions with large oil and gas operators such as Chevron (as Finance Manager for the $45 billion Wheatstone Project) and KUFPEC Australia (Finance and Administration Manager).

Mindy has over 15 years of international experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, management accounting, compliance reporting, board reporting, company secretarial services, and office management. She has worked in a variety of jurisdictions, including Australia, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Norway, and has experience with ASX-listed companies, as well as public and private companies.

Michael Martin has worked on all elements of resource projects for over 25 years. He has previously worked at Pacmin, Sons of Gwalia, Sipa Resources, Jubilee Mines, Xstrata, Talisman Mining, Syndicated Metals, and Capricorn Metals. Michael has substantial experience in mineral exploration, resource development, resource estimation, and mining geology (open-pit and underground) in a variety of commodities, including gold, nickel, copper, lead, zinc, and silver.

Maresa Danielsen has a BA in Business and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. With 20 years of management experience, she specialises in regulatory-intensive industries. Maresa has a background in marketing and communications, coupled with more than 10 years of mining experience in Northern California.
